Our secure telehealth platform is compliant with British Columbia's E-Health Act, and Canada's Privacy Laws.

The Office of the Information and Privacy Commissioner monitors and enforces compliance with the Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act, 1996, and the Personal Information Protection Act, 2003.

How to use our Telehealth Platform

Find a device

Find a device with internet access that has a camera and microphone, and go to our Online Waiting Room by entering the web address we provided into your browser.

Check in

When prompted, enter your name and click the Check-in button. If it is your first visit, you will need to Allow camera and microphone access.

Allow camera and microphone access

When prompted, click the button marked Give access to camera and mic. A new popup will appear by your browser access bar. Click "Allow on every visit"

You're in!

You're now in the waiting room, and one of our providers will start the session momentarily.
